Hi! I'm Kim! I have 25+ years experience as a registered dietitian! I love working with people and seeing their positive results as they apply what they learn.

Food should be enjoyed, not feared. I enjoy teaching clients how to manage their nutrition related condition while keeping a positive relationship with food. There is a lot of misleading and inaccurate information out there. You can count on me for sound professional expertise and practical ideas to make good nutrition easier.

I have a special interest in Gut health and love to see clients get back to feeling their best!

More about me: I’m from Utah! I graduated from Utah State University where taking nutrition classes sparked my passion in the subject. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and running. I found my love for running after the birth of my 4th child. I went from being a non-runner to completing my first race, The Moab Half Marathon.
