My name is Katie Presler, and I am a Performance Dietitian. I have a bachelor's degree in nutrition and food sciences, a master's degree in exercise physiology and am a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. I have 9 years of experience as a dietitian and am looking forward to many years ahead of me.
I have been passionate about nutrition since I was a kid. I grew up an athlete but was constantly under fueled. I was a good athlete but could have been a GREAT athlete if I knew how to eat in a way to enhance my performance. My goal is to empower you to be the best athlete you can be via nutrition. We can discuss pre, during, and post workout nutrition, alcohol consumption, weight loss, weight gain, body composition changes, macro nutrient break down, supplementation and more. Ultimately, I would love for you to get to a place where you feel confident to live your life without me, but I will be here to assist you and keep you accountable in the way that you need.
On a more personal note, I was an all-around athlete in high school to include soccer, basketball, volleyball, and swim. I now love to lift as much weight as my body can tolerate. When I am not exercising, I love to train my dogs, hike, hang out with my husband and kids, and travel as much as possible (I LOVE trying new cultural foods!).
