I'm passionate about empowering you to optimize your health through nutrition. I specialize in weight and chronic-disease management, as well as sports nutrition. My approach is rooted in the belief that small, sustainable changes can make a big impact.
My own nutrition journey began in childhood, as I watched my father struggle with weight and cardiovascular health. Witnessing the transformative power of dietary changes ignited my passion for helping others achieve similar breakthroughs. As an avid cyclist myself, I'm also particularly fascinated by the synergistic relationship between nutrition and physical performance.
