I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2007, with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals living with kidney disease, diabetes, and hypertension, as well as those preparing for kidney transplant. When we work together, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where we focus on realistic, enjoyable nutrition changes that fit your life. My goal is to help you feel confident—not restricted or overwhelmed.
My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I meet you where you are, and we’ll build meaningful goals together at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll offer guidance, education, and encouragement to help you create habits that are sustainable and improve your wellbeing long term.
I became a dietitian because kidney disease and diabetes deeply affected my family—my mother had kidney disease and both of my grandmothers had diabetes. Growing up in Washington, I was surrounded by family who cooked from scratch, gardened, and canned food each season. Eating fresh, minimizing processed foods, and finding joy in nourishing meals has always been a part of my life, and it shaped the values I bring to my work today.
Outside of sessions, I’m a mom to a wonderful (and very picky!) 9-year-old who challenges me daily to create fun, nutritious meals that kids actually want to eat. I love crafting, baking, spending time with my husband and son, and finding simple ways to make healthy eating feel both comforting and doable.
I look forward to supporting you in building confidence, balance, and lasting health—one small, meaningful step at a time.
I help clients build confidence with food through realistic, personalized steps—not strict rules. My background with kidney disease and diabetes gives me a deep understanding of the challenges you may face. I bring empathy, creativity, and real-world solutions to help healthy eating feel doable and enjoyable.
