As a Registered Dietitian since 2007, I have over 15 years of experience helping individuals improve their health through realistic, personalized nutrition. Much of my career has been dedicated to working with people living with kidney disease on dialysis, as well as those managing diabetes, hypertension, and preparing for kidney transplant through weight and lifestyle changes.
I believe nutrition should be practical, enjoyable, and sustainable. My approach is grounded in compassion and education—I meet each client where they are and help them make meaningful, lasting changes that fit their unique life and preferences. Together, we focus on achievable goals that support your health, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
When I’m not counseling clients, I enjoy spending time with family, trying new recipes, and finding simple ways to make healthy eating both delicious and doable. I’m passionate about empowering people to take control of their health through small steps that lead to lasting results.
"I take a personalized, compassionate approach to nutrition—helping you find realistic ways to improve your health while still enjoying food.
