I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) who has loved food all my life, (with no intention of stopping)! I believe all food gives us something, whether it’s nourishment for our physical bodies or communion around a table that feeds our souls. I’m here to help you navigate food choices that fuel all parts of you.
After obtaining my dietetics degree from Indiana University (I bleed cream and crimson), followed by my dietetic internship, I’ve loved all aspects of nutrition! From working with IBS patients and low-FODMAP diets, to bariatrics, to K-12 school nutrition, I’ve worn a lot of RDN hats that make me feel well-rounded in the field.
My nutrition “eras tour” aside, nothing humbles you like parenthood. After having my wild-child daughter, I really learned how self-care can take a backseat. It feels like a lot. I assure you we’re all dancing through life’s great balancing act, and you’ll find nothing but warmth and understanding here! Pastries are my kryptonite.
When not caring for loved ones and patients, you can find me at local farmers markets, listening to true-crime podcasts (hi, Crime Junkies), or digging through a too-small purse with 17 different shades of lipstick. Cheers to you, to us, and to this next, best journey!
The climb is hard, but the views are beautiful.
"I think food should be celebrated. I think YOU should be celebrated. It’s my calling to help you find foods that you love and use them as a tool to help you feel amazing, inside and out. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I’m willing to find the best care, designed with you, to nourish excellence for a lifetime."
