Nikki Vaspra, RD

Hello, my name is Nikki Vaspra. I am originally from Hawaii but currently reside in Southern California. I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition and am Passionate about Performance/Sports Nutrition. Working with both Collegiate and Professional Sports Teams was a highlight of my career and now I just consult. The trend of obesity and other health disparities has grown tremendously over the years across the world, I truly want to change the face of health outcomes through nutrition education and health coaching. I love being active and most things outdoors, it’s probably just the Hawaii in me. But I enjoy being indoors too. I like being in the kitchen experimenting and manipulating new recipes to meet client needs. Also movies and music, I play a bunch of different instruments. My program is individualized and specific to you. I take a whole person holistic approach and will meet you exactly where you are with no judgment. Together we will identify your goals, break through any obstacles or barriers, and develop tools and habits, while having fun, that will get you to your Ultimate Goals!!!
