I am a Registered Dietitian (RD, CDN, CDR #86117549, Florida license ND13665) with over five years of experience helping people from diverse backgrounds achieve their health and wellness goals. My work has focused on diabetes management, menopause nutrition, bariatric care, and the use of GLP-1 therapies. I am currently pursuing certification with the American Association of Bariatric Counselors to deepen my expertise in bariatric science and counseling.
I believe nutrition care should be individualized and sustainable. I work with clients to create realistic strategies that honor their preferences and cultural needs—whether that means supporting a plant-based lifestyle, adapting halal or kosher diets, or finding ways to fit favorite foods into a balanced plan. I also have experience supporting clients with eating disorders and often incorporate intuitive eating approaches when appropriate.
Outside of my professional work, I value building strong, supportive relationships with my clients. My goal is not just to share knowledge, but to empower you to feel confident, capable, and cared for as you move toward your health goals. I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to each session, and I’m driven by seeing clients thrive with nutrition strategies that feel natural and sustainable in their daily lives.
"I work collaboratively with clients to create personalized, practical nutrition plans that fit real life. My approach is supportive, evidence-based, and focused on empowering lasting lifestyle change. Together, we’ll set realistic goals, navigate challenges, and celebrate progress so you feel confident and cared for on your journey."
