Hi, I’m Julia Iacobellis, RDN. I’m a Southern California native and Registered Dietitian with a mindful, whole-person approach to nutrition. I originally began studying nursing in California and realized I wanted to help people before illness sets in. That pulled me toward a preventative, whole person approach that led me to nutrition. I transferred to the University of Arkansas to complete my Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed my dietetic internship at Bastyr University in Seattle, where I trained through an integrative, naturopathic lens that focuses on the body as a connected system.
My earlier career in Arkansas was with Walmart’s corporate wellness team, where I led group nutrition education and cooking demos. That role taught me how to make nutrition feel simple and doable for real people with busy lives. I learned that education only matters if it feels approachable, kind, and easy to apply.
I am now back in California practicing as a dietitian full-time clinically and teaching Pilates locally. My true love for nutrition comes from helping people one on one to blend mindful eating, evidence based support, and everyday lifestyle change. I desire to help clients slow down and tune into their bodies, understand why symptoms might be happening, and build habits that feel natural in their routines. My intention is to make things feel lighter: clearer guidance, smaller steps, less pressure, more confidence. You do not have to be perfect to make progress. You only have to be willing to start.
If you are looking for a space that feels compassionate and practical, where you will be understood, encouraged, and guided with clarity, I would love to work with you. We will build something that fits your life, your health, and who you are becoming.
My approach combines mindful eating with practical, real-life nutrition support. I help clients slow down, tune into hunger and fullness, and make everyday choices that feel sustainable and kind. I provide evidence-based guidance for medical conditions in a way that feels clear and manageable, turning complex nutrition into simple steps. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident as we build habits that truly fit your life.
