My professional journey has taken me from providing medical nutrition therapy in hospitals to launching innovative care programs in community health centers, to serving as a Vice President of Operations for a consulting firm focused on advancing health outcomes for underserved communities. Along the way, I’ve led initiatives in Enhanced Care Management, value-based care, and enabling services that address the real-life factors impacting health—like food access, stress, and daily habits.

As a dietitian, I’m practical, approachable, and deeply empathetic. I love helping busy families and individuals figure out how to work meal planning, movement, and mindfulness into already full lives. Whether it’s stretching a grocery budget, finding quick ways to prepare nourishing meals, or mapping out simple strategies to reduce risk for diabetes or heart disease, my goal is always to meet you where you are.
