Growing up heavily involved in sports and as the big sister of a sibling with diabetes and celiac disease, I learned early on the powerful link between nutrition and overall health, recovery, and performance. With a background in marketing, I shifted my focus to my passion for health, nutrition, and fitness, earning a master’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition and becoming a registered dietitian. After working as a clinical dietitian, I launched my own nutrition consulting business in Miami, driven by a desire to promote health awareness and inspire balanced, joyful living. My approach to nutrition is simple: I emphasize inclusion over exclusion, helping clients develop a healthy relationship with food while creating personalized plans for sustainable, balanced and nutritious eating.
