Isabella Gorski, RD

Hi, I’m Isabella! I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Health Promotion and an MBA in Marketing. I grew up in Connecticut but have called North Carolina home since 2022. I received my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Connecticut and later completed my MBA at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

By day, I work with oncology patients in a clinical setting, helping support their nutrition through treatment and recovery. I also have experience working with a variety of patient populations through previous telehealth work, which deepened my belief that care should be accessible, personalized, and rooted in trust.

I take a holistic approach to nutrition and firmly believe that food is medicine. My goal is to meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels right for them. Whether you're navigating a specific diagnosis, trying to build healthier habits, or just looking for guidance, I’m here to support you without judgment.

Outside of work, you’ll find me playing volleyball, watching sports, cooking new recipes, reading a good book, or spending quality time with family and friends. I look forward to learning about your story and helping you take meaningful steps toward your goals.
