Ilana Nurko, RD

My name is Ilana and I have been a dietitian since 2017. Prior to starting my private practice, Ilana Nurko Nutrition PLLC, I worked at an academic medical center in downtown Chicago in both critical care and outpatient settings. Given my previous experience, I am ready to take on a variety of patients! I am specialized in providing nutrition care for a variety of neurological conditions (epilepsy, post traumatic brain injury, stroke prevention), swallowing difficulty with use of modified diets, alternative routes of nutrition (ie. tube feeding), gestational diabetes, high cholesterol and weight management. Additionally, I have a passion for helping individuals find a sustainable nutrition plan they are able to follow for the rest of their lives. All treatment plans are individualized to help you meet your goals!
