Background

I’m a passionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a deep-rooted connection to the healing power of food. Growing up in a quaint village in China, my interest in nutrition blossomed thanks to my grandmother's vegetable garden. I pursued my passion in the United States, earning a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Drexel University and completing a rigorous dietetic internship at Oregon Health & Science University Hospital. I also furthered my education with a master's degree in Human Nutrition. With a solid foundation in evidence-based practices, I translate my knowledge into practical recommendations, helping clients make informed choices about their diet and lifestyle. I believe that good nutrition isn’t about deprivation or strict rules but about nourishing the body and cultivating a balanced, satisfying relationship with food. I take a client-centered approach, tailoring my recommendations to meet individual needs, goals, and preferences. My professional practice covers various nutrition concerns, including weight management, diabetes, renal disease, sports nutrition, and disordered eating. I create a supportive environment to help clients overcome barriers and develop lifelong healthy habits. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, exploring restaurants, gardening, and hiking.
