Heather Kirby, RD

My name is Heather Kirby and I have been a registered dietitian for over thirteen years. I completed my bachelor's degree in food science and human nutrition at Colorado State University, followed by a dietetic internship through the University of Delaware distance program and lastly, a master’s degree in healthcare administration through Colorado State University Global Campus.

My interest in nutrition started when my grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Her diagnosis led me to wanting to learn more about how nutrition can aid in preventing certain diseases and diagnoses. Over time I have developed a passion for intuitive eating and listening to our bodies. I help others heal their relationship with food and live their best lives, while leaving diet culture behind them.
