Background

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (RD, LDN) with a BS in Nutrition and a Master of Health Administration. My practice focuses on pediatric nutrition and sports/performance nutrition, with an emphasis on creating realistic, sustainable habits that fit each client’s lifestyle and goals.

As a pediatric ICU dietitian, I understand that nutrition is not always straightforward — especially for families navigating picky eating, feeding difficulties, specialized tube feedings, or other unique pediatric nutrition challenges. My goal is to help make these situations feel less overwhelming by providing practical, evidence-based support that works in real life.

I also work closely with athletes and active individuals looking to improve performance, build confidence around fueling, and optimize body composition in a healthy, sustainable way. As a former Division I athlete, I know firsthand the impact proper nutrition can have on energy, recovery, strength, and long-term performance. I’ve helped high school athletes prepare for the transition to collegiate athletics by teaching them how to properly fuel their bodies both on and off the field.

My approach is rooted in balance over restriction. I believe nutrition should support your goals while still allowing room for flexibility, enjoyment, and everyday life. Whether you’re working through pediatric feeding concerns, striving for better athletic performance, or simply looking to feel your best, I’m here to provide guidance that feels supportive, approachable, and individualized.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, trying new foods, and finding ways to make healthy living both realistic and enjoyable. I became a dietitian because I’m passionate about the connection between food, health, and quality of life — and helping others build that connection is what continues to drive my practice every day.
