Background

Hi! I’m Erin Flanagan, MS, RD, LDN, a registered dietitian dedicated to helping clients build a balanced relationship with food. I take a client-first, evidence-based approach, focusing on realistic, sustainable goals that fit your lifestyle—not restrictive diets. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition or simply aiming to feel your best, I’ll meet you where you are and help make all foods fit through achievable, everyday choices.

I earned my Master’s in Nutrition from Marywood University, where I also completed a comprehensive dietetic internship. During my training, I gained hands-on experience in a variety of settings—including community centers, acute hospitals, long-term care, and counseling environments—which helped me develop a well-rounded understanding of nutrition care. Since then, I’ve built strong clinical experience as an acute care dietitian, working with patients managing kidney disease, diabetes, cancer, weight management, nutrition support needs, and more.

My sessions are designed to be flexible and convenient, making nutrition, health, and wellness easier to fit into your busy schedule. I believe lasting progress happens when we focus on progress, not perfection, and when food becomes a source of nourishment, not stress.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy trying new recipes, spending time outdoors, and exploring local coffee shops. My drive as a dietitian comes from seeing clients gain confidence, clarity, and control over their health—one small step at a time. I’m ready when you are to start your nutrition journey and help you feel your best from the inside out.
