Background

I believe nutrition should help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident—not make your life smaller.

As a clinical dietitian, I bring a strong foundation in medical nutrition therapy and clinical nutrition, with experience helping individuals manage chronic conditions and make meaningful, sustainable changes to their health. But nutrition isn’t just something I practice professionally—it’s something I genuinely enjoy and live every day.

Outside of work, you’ll find me lifting weights, playing pickleball, trying a new restaurants, finding a great cup of coffee, or listening to true crime podcasts! These experiences have shaped the way I approach nutrition: food is meant to fuel your goals, but it’s also meant to be enjoyed.

My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with real life. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve performance and recovery, someone working toward weight loss, or managing a chronic health condition, I want to help you understand how nutrition can support your goals without requiring perfection, restriction, or an all-or-nothing mindset.

I work with clients to create practical strategies that fit their individual lifestyle, preferences, schedule, and goals. Rather than handing you a rigid meal plan and sending you on your way, we'll work together to build the knowledge, habits, and confidence you need to make nutrition work for you long term.

My goal is simple: help you eat in a way that supports your health, performance, and the life you want to live.
