Nutrition is a powerful and deeply personal tool for supporting your health and enriching your quality of life, but it is only as powerful as it is practical.
That is what you will get in a session with me. Personal and practical guidance that can make a real difference for your health.
I'm a registered dietitian with a Master of Arts in Health Education. Prior to becoming a dietitian, I was a high school teacher, and I remain an educator at heart. I have spent years working in a top tier university research context, and value evidence based nutrition and behavior change techniques.
No fads, no fear, no fluff. Just evidence-based helpful knowledge and tools.
As a busy working mom myself, I understand that nutrition needs to meet the health needs of a client and their family, and I strive to work with each client to set goals and make plans that align to their values, budget, preferences, and goals. I believe that food can be both nourishing and delightful, and want to help that be a reality for you and your family!
I hope that working together leads you to feeling like nutrition can be intentional and effective while remaining fun and flexible!
A session with me is personalized and action oriented. I seek first to understand your expectations, lifestyle, and goals. I aim to educate so you always understand the "why" behind recommendations. I value collaboration, problem solving, flexibility, and providing realistic, sustainable guidance that fits each person’s preferences, budget, and values. I want to empower you with the knowledge and tools to make lasting, meaningful changes that start to feel like habits.
