Hello! My name is Elizabeth Watanabe, and I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist certified by the Washington State Department of Health. I bring extensive experience in delivering patient-centered medical nutrition therapy across hospital, outpatient, and community health settings. In addition to clinical care, I’ve led food service operations in hospitals, cafeterias, and catered meal settings.
I’m passionate about traditional food harvesting and preservation—practices that support health and well-being, especially in Indigenous communities. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition care with cultural knowledge and respect for traditional food ways.
When working with clients, my goal is to provide personalized care, ongoing support, and practical nutrition education. Together, we identify your nutrition goals and track measurable progress to help you succeed. I’m here to support you on your path to better health—one step, one meal, and one goal at a time. Wishing you the very best as you work toward your nutrition and wellness goals!
