Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian, located in Durham, NC. I have my Bachelor’s in Dietetics from Marshall University and Master’s in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition from Florida State University. I have combined experience in both the clinical and athletic population.
I primarily work with the fitness population or those just beginning the journey towards their health/fitness goals. Many individuals may find themselves overwhelmed by all the nutrition information at our fingertips or feel like they need to follow the latest diet trend in order to see results. It can be hard to determine what’s fact or fiction, and sometimes those strategies may only promise short-term results or aren’t sustainable lifestyle changes. But I’m here to provide you with evidence-based guidance and support you while you achieve your goals.
