I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, and I’ve always been fascinated by how deeply food influences the way we feel. That early passion grew into a career focused on helping people improve their health through personalized, realistic nutrition guidance.
My background includes clinical hospital work, cardiac rehabilitation, and developing a 12-week wellness program with nutrition counseling, grocery tours, and cooking demonstrations. Throughout these roles, I’ve supported individuals with a wide range of medical concerns, including weight management, high blood pressure, diabetes, and cancer. For the past eight years, I’ve specialized in digestive health within a gastroenterology group, working with clients managing IBS, SIBO, GERD, IBD, Crohn’s disease, and Celiac disease.
I have extensive experience guiding patients through all phases of the Low-FODMAP process to uncover food intolerances and reduce symptoms. Above all, my goal is to help people feel their best and regain confidence in their health. I’m a people person at heart, and I love learning what motivates each individual so I can help them achieve their nutritional goals in a way that truly fits their life.
I take a personalized, realistic approach—listening to each client’s story and creating achievable nutrition goals that fit their life. My ideal client is open, motivated, and ready to learn how food affects their health, especially those with digestive issues. Together, we collaborate to build confidence, improve symptoms, and make sustainable changes.
