Hi! I’m Daniele and I’m a registered dietitian and public health researcher. I graduated from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health with my MSPH and RDN in 2022 and I’ve been doing research since. With my research background, I’m excited to work with clients to provide personalized, human-centered nutrition care based in science.
I believe food is a right and everyone deserves access to delicious, nutritious food. Knowing that our food choices are shaped by more than our individual behavior, my goal is to work with you to make individual choices you feel good about within the complex systems we’re in. We’ll explore several parts of life to understand the full picture of you, from mental health and movement to family and environment. We’ll get creative to find the best solutions that lead to sustainable change.
As someone that grew up a picky eater (and still am!) and has tried several diets, I understand how hard it can be to eat balanced meals when it feels like options are limited. Together we’ll find ways to slowly introduce new choices that support your goals without restricting all your favorite things. My motto is “add don’t subtract”, meaning we’ll find ways to incorporate nutritious food without unnecessary avoidances that create dread at meal times. We’ll set realistic goals that keep YOUR needs at the forefront. I’m not here to tell you what to eat, but instead provide you options that align with your life.
Whether it’s adding peanut butter to your oatmeal to slow a blood sugar spike or adding vegetables to your spaghetti sauce for a little extra fiber, we’ll learn how to use food to fuel the body that leaves you feeling your best. Let's find what it means to eat like you love yourself holistically.
As a dietitian and researcher, I’ll help you understand the nutrition facts to make informed decisions about what you want to eat. I strongly believe all foods can fit within any lifestyle, so I’ll work with you to find balance between what your body needs and what you’re excited about, all while honoring your body.
Whether you’re managing a chronic disease or just want to try new things, we’ll be partners in your care to keep you well.
