Background

I am a Registered Dietitian with over 15 years of experience helping individuals manage chronic conditions such as kidney disease, diabetes, and heart disease. My background spans outpatient dialysis and hospital nutrition care, where I’ve supported patients in weight management, cardiac rehabilitation, bariatrics, kidney transplant, and oncology. Beyond clinical nutrition, I have a deep passion for prenatal, perinatal, postpartum, and fertility health, inspired by my own journey as a mother of three children.

My initial inspiration to become a dietitian stemmed from a love for playing sports and the realization that nutrition played a crucial role in athletic performance outcomes. I continue to live an active lifestyle and guide clients to incorporate joyful movement as a vital ingredient in their health journey.

In my private practice, I offer personalized nutrition counseling rooted in compassion, science, and real-life practicality. I take a balanced, all-foods-fit approach and use motivational interviewing to guide clients toward sustainable lifestyle changes.

I hold an MBA from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Penn State University, with my dietetic internship completed at the University of Chicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital.

When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes, strength training, running, and spending time with my family. I’m always excited to connect with others passionate about nutrition and wellness.
