When I am your Registered Dietitian, you can expect expert guidance paired with collaboration so that you take away an evidenced based plan that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. I aim to create a supportive and judgement free environment during our sessions. I specialize in women’s health, specifically, PCOS, pre and postpartum, perimenopause and menopause, and how to fuel yourself on GLP-1RAs.
I earned a B.S. in Health and Human Sciences from Loyola Marymount University. After completing my undergraduate education, I was a certified personal trainer for 5 years. My work as a personal trainer showed me a missing component: what we put into our body, which effects our health and longevity deeply. I found a desire to dive deeper into the science of nutrition and dietetics and a pull towards the creativity this career offers. I returned to school and earned a M.S. in Nutrition, Healthspan and Longevity from University of Southern California.
My personal training clientele over the years has been almost entirely women. During this time, I found that many of them were not receiving proper support and I did not yet have the answers to some of their important health questions. That is why I went into my graduate program seeking knowledge about women’s health and aiming to focus on this specialty as a dietitian.
I love movement and spend my free time doing yoga, pilates, strength training, boxing, hiking, and swimming. I also enjoy cooking foods from all different cultures. On the weekends, I explore new restaurants with my friends and my fiancé.
My holistic approach is collaborative and personalized. We will deep dive into your lifestyle, habits, and routines in order to create a plan just for you that feels natural to implement. Rest assured that you’re entering a safe space to discuss your health concerns. Whether we are working together to alleviate symptoms of a health condition or to reach an aesthetic goal, you may also improve your mind-body connection, find a healthy relationship with food, and finally, feel good in your body.
