Cenida Gomez-Flores is a Southern California–based Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from Loma Linda University (2020). During her five years of experience as a dietitian, she has provided nutrition support to patients ages 2 and older from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Before becoming a dietitian, she spent seven years working in a hospital as an emergency medical technician and phlebotomist, shaping her compassionate and practical approach to care. As a bilingual dietitian (English/Spanish) with strong knowledge of plant-based nutrition, she blends nutrition and exercise education with mindset support to help clients manage high cholesterol, high blood pressure, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, weight, and overall wellness in a culturally aware, sustainable way. Her mission is to make healthy living an achievable and empowering journey for everyone.
