When I’m not helping clients reach their health goals, I am spending time outdoors or enjoying the company of friends and family. I dedicate a lot of my time to training for races and exercising. I enjoy participating in recreational sports, coaching soccer and going out to meals with loved ones. I love good food, good company and the beach! 

I originally became a dietitian to better understand how to protect my own health, especially given my family’s history of chronic conditions. But over time, I’ve come exceptionally appreciative of the knowledge I’ve gained, knowing it allows me to share valuable insights that help others protect and improve their health. By starting my own practice, I am able to create tailored approaches that address individual needs, provide ongoing support, and make a real difference in people’s lives. It allows me to truly focus on long-term, sustainable health and build meaningful relationships with clients.
