I have been in my active female client's position of diet culture confusion; therefore, I combined my experience and educational knowledge from becoming a RD and achieving my Master's of Science in Health and Human Performance to apply a realistic approach to reaching health and wellness goals. I am passionate about guiding active women (in their 20's-40's) towards applying intuitive eating principles which combines mindful eating and emotional eating concepts. I also infuse practical sports nutrition education in combination with intuitive eating practices for active women to accelerate results.
