Hi, I’m Caitlin Mudd, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a passion for helping clients create sustainable, long-term changes that support their health without restriction or guilt.
I specialize in PCOS, thyroid health, diabetes, insulin resistance, weight concerns, gut health and disordered eating.
In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where we focus on real-life nutrition—no fad diets, food rules, or shame.
My goal is to help you feel confident in your choices, improve energy and symptoms, and find an eating pattern that actually works for you. Whether you're trying to regulate hormones, manage your blood sugar, or simply feel better in your body, we’ll build a plan that fits your life—not the other way around.
I’m a big believer in progress over perfection, and I love working with people who are ready to ditch the all-or-nothing mindset. I bring years of experience from clinical settings and private practice and I value building meaningful, collaborative relationships with each of my clients.
Outside of work, I’m a mom, book nerd, and lover of a good iced matcha. I understand firsthand how busy life can be, and I’m here to make nutrition feel a little more doable and a lot less overwhelming.
