Hi! My name is Bri. I currently hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition and my RD credential. I have been practicing as a dietitian for almost three years now. I love what I do. I became an RD to guide people to a healthier lifestyle through nutrition, and I wouldn't ask for anything more than to help you reach your health goals.
I decided to build a private practice because I am able to build strong relationships with my clients, and I am able to meet and work with all kinds of people with diverse nutritional needs and different nutrition goals. I specialize in many areas, including weight management, diabetes, insulin resistance, gut health, and many more. I help my clients build a strong relationship with food, and I encourage my clients to use mindful eating as a tool to reach their health goals.
I expect my clients to leave our sessions feeling motivated and empowered to reach the nutrition goals they have set. Additionally, I expect clients to feel supported by me and to feel confident asking me nutrition-related questions in a judgment-free zone.
Just a few things about me, I love to read, hike, and dance ballet. I also enjoy cooking and researching new recipes online to try out at home. I also love playing with my cat. I am a huge animal lover.
My approach is to be my client's personal cheerleader in reaching their unique nutrition goals. My role as a dietitian is to help my clients develop confidence in their food choices. I utilize evidence-based strategies to enhance overall health, regulate cholesterol levels, promote gut health, manage celiac disease, support weight loss, and more. Are you ready to go down this healthier path? Let's go on this adventure together!
