I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics and my Master of Professional Studies in Nutrition from THE Penn State University. My passion for nutrition began at a young age when my sister was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Watching her navigate dietary changes showed me firsthand how powerful food can be in managing symptoms and protecting long-term health. During that time, a dietitian met with my family to provide guidance and education when we needed it most — an experience that left a lasting impression on me.
I have always felt called to help others, and I discovered that nutrition beautifully combines health, science, and education. I believe small, consistent actions — like learning how to read food labels and make informed choices — can create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to support and educate individuals in a way that feels practical, empowering, and sustainable for their everyday lives.
I will meet clients where they are at and provide nutrition guidance focused on sustainable habits, balanced eating, and long-term health. You will be equipped with practical strategies, compassionate support, and results that fit your real life.
