Hi, I’m Ashley Langston, MS, RDN, LDN , and I’m so glad you’re here. I help individuals build a healthier relationship with food, one rooted in self-trust, curiosity, and sustainable change. You won’t find restrictive meal plans or “quick fix” advice here. Instead, you can expect a collaborative, compassionate space where your unique experiences, culture, and goals are respected.
My practice focuses on helping clients navigate weight concerns, emotional eating, digestive issues, and general wellness through a non-diet, real-life approach. I specialize in working with adults, especially women in their 20s to 50s, the LGBTQ+ community, and neurodivergent individuals, who are ready to break free from diet culture and create habits that actually work for their lives. My approach is flexible, affirming, and built around meeting you exactly where you are.
I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition from Winthrop University and am a Licensed and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I’ve worked in both clinical and community settings and bring a wide range of experience to the table. My care is informed by science, lived experience, and a commitment to making nutrition more accessible, inclusive, and shame-free.
Outside of work, I enjoy crocheting, hiking, traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with my family.
I know that nourishment happens in many forms, and my own journey has taught me how important it is to honor both structure and spontaneity, especially when navigating the world through a neurodivergent lens.
I became a dietitian because I believe everyone deserves to feel at home in their body and at peace with food. I started my private practice to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to take care of themselves in a way that feels good, not forced.
"My approach is warm, personalized, and non-judgmental. I blend evidence-based nutrition with real-life strategies, helping clients build sustainable habits that support their health and lifestyle. I meet clients where they are, honoring their unique experiences, preferences, and goals. No restrictive diets or quick fixes, just compassionate and realistic guidance for lasting change."
