Hello! My name is Asha Hagstoz and I am a Registered Dietitian.
I first started my career as a chef with my Associate of Science in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts at the Atlantic Culinary Academy in Dover, NH. Deciding to become a RD some years later, I completed the majority of my undergraduate work at the University of Las Vegas, Nevada and eventually transferred home to complete my Bachelor of Science in Health Science-Nutrition.
I enjoyed working as a WIC nutritionist and breast feeding support counselor for over 2.5 years, enhancing my Spanish speaking skills. I currently practice clinical nutrition in a hospital setting, involving diabetes, cardiac, renal, hepatic and nutrition support patients. When I am not at work, you will find me hiking, cooking, or taking a long scenic drive.
I have opened my own private practice, Frank Nutrition, LLC so that I may help as many as possible with nutrition related conditions and concerns.
I lead with compassion and empathy. I have created a safe space where you can express your nutrition experiences, past and present, without bias or judgment. I am here to help you attain your nutrition goals in ways that work for you and enhance your health and well being.
