As a Registered Dietitian, I believe nutrition should support both physical health and overall well-being. My approach is rooted in helping clients build sustainable habits, develop a positive relationship with food, and feel confident making choices that align with their individual goals and lifestyle.
I specialize in sports nutrition, eating disorders, and holistic health. I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Drexel University and have experience working in clinical, counseling, collegiate, and professional sports nutrition settings. Most recently, I worked at The Renfrew Center, where I provided individualized nutrition counseling to individuals recovering from eating disorders. This experience strengthened my passion for helping clients navigate challenges with food, body image, and health through compassionate, evidence-based care.
In addition to my work in eating disorder treatment, I have experience supporting athletes and active individuals in optimizing performance, recovery, and overall wellness. Whether your goal is improving athletic performance, managing a health condition, healing your relationship with food, or creating balanced nutrition habits, I strive to provide practical and personalized guidance that fits your unique needs.
My journey to becoming a dietitian was inspired by witnessing family members manage chronic illnesses, which fueled my desire to help others improve their health and quality of life through nutrition. I value creating a supportive, judgement-free space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful changes.
Outside of work, I enjoy baking, exercising, building Legos, and spending time with family and friends. You'll often find me exploring new cafes, parks, and local spots on the weekends.
Building a private practice through Fay allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level and provide individualized support throughout their health journey. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals in a way that feels realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable.
I enjoy working with athletes and individuals seeking to improve their health, relationship with food, and overall well-being. My approach is personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgemental space where clients can build sustainable habits. With experience in sports nutrition and eating disorder treatment, I help clients reach their goals while prioritizing balance, flexibility, and long-term health.
