I am a registered, licensed dietitian with 21 years of experience. I am dedicated to help you live a longer, healthier life. My professional journey began in the hospital setting where I spent my first 4 years. I spent this time honing my clinical skills and learning the intricate science of nutrition in acute care. For 19 years, I specialized as a renal dietitian in a dialysis center. I developed expertise in kidney-friendly nutrition, electrolyte management and nutrition therapy tailored to those with chronic kidney disease. Over the past 15 years, my true passion has been working with individualized clients. I focus on empowering people to take meaningful, sustainable steps toward better health. I believe in an approach that promotes longevity and enhances quality of life, starting with nutrition as the foundation. My mission is to help individuals improve every aspect of their life, one small, positive choice at a time. If you are aiming to optimize energy, manage a health condition or simple feel your best, I'm here to guide you. We will work together to develop practical strategies, individualized plans and on-going support. If you're ready to start your journey we will begin with Nutrition.
"As a dietitian I prioritize more than just the number on the scale. My approach centers around quality of life and long term well-being. Nutrition is just a piece of a life long puzzle. These pieces include sleep quality, activity levels, gut health, lab values, inflammatory markers and organ function. I treat nutrition as a tool for living well. I will integrate science with individualized lifestyle considerations, ensuring recommendations are realistic."
