Adaure's passion for dietetics developed after witnessing her family and community members suffer from cardiovascular disease and diabetes-diseases that could be improved with nutrition counseling. She was also interested in womens' health. This led her to complete a perinatal study-away program in Accra, Ghana while attending the University of Georgia, and eventually take a position with the state's public health department. She then went on to complete a coordinated nutrition masters program at Georgia State University.
Adaure's goal is to help people of all ages and backgrounds optimize their well-being by
building a healthy relationship with food.

She also incorporates direct, number-driven advice as necessary using evidence-based, direct, number-driven davice as necessary using evidence-based guidelines. Adaure works with clients to create achievable goals on their journey to improving their health."
