I’ve worked in inpatient settings across eating disorders, critical care, GI, cardiology, and general medicine, and my time in food service has given me a firsthand perspective on how tough it can be to prioritize nutrition during long, unpredictable hours. Loving food isn’t just a passion—it’s an essential part of my work, and it’s helped me build a foundation for helping others fuel their bodies in realistic, sustainable ways.
