I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a minor in Communications from the University of Florida. After completing an expedited internship with Morrison Healthcare, I gained diverse clinical experience as a float dietitian at one of South Carolina’s largest hospitals, working across a range of specialties. My background in both clinical nutrition and the hospitality industry allows me to offer evidence-based, realistic, and sustainable nutrition guidance that fits seamlessly into everyday life.
