Rachel has a strong passion for nutrition, health, and individualizing the care of her clients while giving them the tools they need to reach their goals. She is a proud foodie who emphasizes building positive relationships with food while optimizing health.
Rachel obtained both a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from East Carolina University and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with a Concentration in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She completed her Dietetic Internship through New York University and now works at a nationally ranked New York City hospital as a Clinical Registered Dietitian, working with an abundance of complex patients daily with large emphasis on gastrointestinal disorders and post-operative gastrointestinal surgery.
