I am a registered dietitian. I am a wife and mother of two. A lover of dogs and hiking. A slow running half-marathoner. And above all someone who LOVES food. I believe that life—and food—should be enjoyed, and I try to bring that philosophy into my work. I use my own life experience as well as current research to discover creative ways to make healthy choices easier. Feeling healthy and strong does not have to be at your expense.
