Background

Hi, I’m Molly Norton, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a passion for helping individuals feel strong, confident, and at peace with food and their bodies. I specialize in weight management, sports nutrition, and disordered eating recovery—guiding clients toward sustainable habits that support both physical and mental well-being.

My journey to becoming a dietitian began in high school, when I was competing in multiple sports and training for my first marathon. I kept getting injured no matter how hard I trained and couldn’t figure out why until my doctor recommended working with a dietitian. That experience changed my life and inspired me to help others fuel their bodies in a way that supports performance, health, and long-term balance.

Whether you're an athlete looking to optimize performance, someone working toward intentional weight loss, or you're rebuilding your relationship with food after years of dieting or disordered eating, my approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and personalized care. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all nutrition. Instead, I work collaboratively with you to understand your goals, lifestyle, and preferences so we can build a plan that works long-term.

As an active individual who loves CrossFit, long-distance running, farmers markets, and a good iced latte, I understand the importance of feeling energized, fueled, and free around food. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and goal-oriented.

I became an RD to help others avoid the confusion, burnout, and overwhelm I once experienced. If that resonates with you, I’d love to support you and work with you. I can't wait to hear your story, goals, and celebrate your progress every step of the way!
