I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, wife, and mom of 2 boys! As a busy working mom, I know how difficult it can be to stay feeling your best, energized, and plan nutritious meals for the family. As a Registered Dietitian, I teach evidence-based guidance on how to optimize your blood sugar levels, meet your weight goals, feel confident in your nutrition choices, all while staying energized and enjoying your favorite foods.
I am from Long Island, New York. I received my Bachelors of Science Degree in Food and Nutrition Studies in 2009 and my Masters of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition in 2012 both from New York University. I also completed her Dietetic Internship through NYU at Beth Israel Medical Center in 2011.
Being a Registered Dietitian, I have had a passion for nutrition, diabetes management, cardiovascular health, and weight management through the lens of “all foods fit”. I do not believe in severe restriction or avoiding your favorite foods. Instead, through learning portion control and behavior modification, it is possible to meet your nutrition goals.
