My passion for nutrition and wellness began with my undergraduate studies in Nutrition and Food Services. After graduation, I started my career as a Nutritionist with the WIC Program, where I developed a deep appreciation for community health and the power of nutrition education.
After several years in WIC, I pursued a master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences with a focus on Nutrition Healthcare to deepen my understanding of how nutrition impacts long-term health outcomes. During this time, I was diagnosed with PCOS—a personal experience that reshaped my perspective on nutrition and inspired me to become a Registered Dietitian. I wanted not only to manage my own health but also to help others navigate their own challenges through evidence-based nutrition care.
As a Registered Dietitian, I am dedicated to fostering positive client relationships and promoting health through compassionate, individualized guidance. I bring extensive knowledge in nutrition and health education, paired with generosity, patience, and empathy, ensuring that my clients feel supported and understood throughout their wellness journey. Skilled in persuasive communication and collaboration, I create effective, personalized nutrition plans that empower individuals to make informed dietary choices and enhance their overall well-being.
