Hi there! I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with a dual master’s degree in Public Health and Social Work (MSW/MPH), focused on community engagement and health administration.
Yes, that’s a lot of letters for one little lady, but really it just means I love helping people connect, learn, and feel their best through food.
As your dietitian, I want to bring a little humor, heart, and creativity to nutrition education and wellness. I enjoy working with all people who want to build a better relationship with food, and I have a special passion for supporting older adults, caregivers, and women’s health.
My goal is to make nutrition approachable and meaningful, helping you find simple, sustainable ways to feel good in your body and confident in your choices. Whether we’re managing blood sugar, reducing stress around meals, or exploring new habits, we’ll take it one step at a time.
Food isn’t just fuel. It’s fun! It’s comfort, connection, and culture. I approach this work with curiosity and humor, creating a space where you can explore what health looks like for you without guilt or judgment.
Curious? Let’s connect and bring little more flavor and balance to your plate-- together.
"I believe everyone deserves a little PEAS of mind when it comes to nutrition. My approach is real, relaxed, and focused on what works for you. No guilt, no food rules — just support, balance, and a bad food pun here or there. Together, we’ll focus on your goals and build habits that feel good, taste good, and actually last."
