Spanish-speaking dietitian with over eight years of dedicated expertise working at one of the largest medical centers in north Texas. I have vast experience in the areas of transplant nutrition, diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease and weight management. My time working in the acute and outpatient setting has empowered me to find the best way to translate complex medical language into useful information for the client.
