Hello! I am Amanda Conklin, RD, CNSC, LDN - a Registered Dietitian with over 14 years of experience in clinical nutrition, counseling, and leadership. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and another in Nutrition/Dietetics. I am just a few weeks away from completing my Master’s Degree in Nutrition.
I specialize in chronic disease prevention and symptom management, nutrition support, women’s health, and realistic, sustainable lifestyle change. Next I want to learn more about GLP-1 medical management coupled with optimal nutrition care.
My approach is rooted in motivational interviewing, empathy, and evidence-based care. I will not hand you a strict plan or expect perfection. We will focus on small, doable steps that matter to you. I like to say: Let me digest the science for you, so you can fuel the change.
I believe food is more than fuel. That is such a superficial perspective. Food is part of our identity, culture, connection, and joy. I am especially passionate about helping people rediscover those connections and learn how to nourish themselves in a way that supports long-term wellness and works with real life.
Outside of work, I’m a mom to three amazing kids. I love sewing, cooking, exploring outdoors, and relaxing at the beach. Trying new foods and sitting down for meals together as a family is something I deeply value. I’m always learning, always moving, and I hope to travel more in the future.
If you're looking for a down-to-earth, supportive dietitian who genuinely cares and meets you where you are—I would be honored to work with you.
"I take an empowered, realistic approach to nutrition. I provide evidence-based, client-centered care rooted in motivational interviewing. With a practical, empathetic approach, I help translate complex science into real-life strategies. You will feel heard, supported, and equipped to make sustainable changes. Let me digest the science for you, so you can fuel the change."
