Pediatric Eating Disorder & ARFID Dietitian (I also work with adults!)*
Helping Kids, Teens & Families Feel More Confident Around Food
If your child (or you), is struggling with eating, it can feel really overwhelming and honestly pretty scary at times. I specialize in pediatric eating disorders and ARFID. I work closely with kids, teens, and families to help make mealtimes feel less stressful and more manageable. A lot of the families I work with feel like they’ve tried everything and are still stuck, and one of the things I hear most often is that after sessions they feel more at ease, more confident, and a emotionally lighter.
I support clients through all stages of care: whether you’re just starting to have concerns, stepping down from PHP/IOP/residential treatment, or needing ongoing outpatient support. I can also help coordinate next steps if a higher level of care is needed. In addition to working with kids and families, I also support adults who are navigating eating disorders or disordered eating and want to rebuild a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with food and their bodies.
When I am not working, you will find me finding ways to soak up the sunshine by biking with my family, small hikes around the area, gardening and connecting with friends and family outdoors, and once in a while white water rafting when I can sneak away 🌈
My approach is non-diet and non-weight focused, and rooted in intuitive and mindful eating. There’s no pressure, no shame, and zero judgement. Instead, I focus on helping you reduce "food noise" and provide you tools that actually work and leave you feeling joyful! Eating will soon start to feel more natural and less overwhelming. Everything we do is collaborative and tailored to where you (or your child) are right now.
