About Me
I am a registered dietitian and licensed medical nutrition therapist that takes an integrative and functional medicine approach with my clients. I am also certified as a lactation counselor to assist with most breastfeeding and lactation needs.
I love spending time outdoors with my husband and our Saint Bernard, Beaux and dream about growing into an acreage with horses, chickens and goats!
Care philosophy
I take an integrative and functional medicine approach which means we will dig deeper to seek out and treat root causes. This also means that you, the patient, are in the drivers seat and I am here to provide education and guidance on routes of treatment from a nutrition and lifestyle standpoint. The final decisions are ultimately yours to make, giving you autonomy and control over your health journey.
What to expect in your first session
You can expect to spend 60-75 minutes going over your goals and current symptoms to help me get a better idea of how I can create a plan that is personalized to you. You can also expect me to be compassionate and nonjudgmental as I listen and believe it is important you are control of your health and health decisions.
Education
I graduated from Eastern Michigan University, magna cum laude, in 2023.
I was a Registered Dietetic Technician for 10 years prior working mostly in the clinical inpatient setting as well as in a rehab facility for individuals with spinal cord or traumatic brain injuries.
I received my Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) credential in 2024
Hobbies
I just started some epoxy projects and has been a fun learning experience.\
I also play the piano and love spending time leading a Bible Study.

Impact Nutrition takes a function nutrition approach to optimize your health. I am all about positively impacting the lives of people I serve through nutrition counseling and functional testing. I create custom protocols with my clients based on best practices and client’s input. My drive to see people get well and reach optimal health has lead me to functional medicine and I can personally say I have seen its effects in my own health. There is truly no better teacher than your own experience.
