Courtney May, RD

My name is Courtney.  I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based out of Brooklyn, New York focused on working with clients of all cultural backgrounds to achieve their own unique health and wellness goals.  I believe in a respectful approach based on listening to my clients.

I hold a master's degree in clinical nutrition from New York University where I also completed my dietetic internship in 2024, and I am licensed in New York State.  I am experienced working with patients and clients of diverse backgrounds and populations and currently work within the hospital system of New York City.

Prior to entering the nutrition field, I worked for over a decade in healthcare administration, where I developed a passion for helping others.  My spirt of collaboration translates to the relationships I hope to build with future clients.

When I'm not working in the hospital, I can be found cooking new recipes, playing basketball in Brooklyn, trying a new yoga class, or finding giant dogs to pet.
