My name is Zachary Dunbar, and I’ve been a registered and licensed dietitian since 2021. I earned my degree from Ball State University in 2019. My journey toward becoming a dietitian began in 2015, when I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. At the time, I was ironically enrolled in a college nutrition course, yet I knew very little about gluten. I spent countless hours in grocery store aisles reading labels and researching food items to ensure they were gluten-free. That experience sparked my passion for nutrition and inspired me to help others navigate dietary changes with greater ease and confidence.
A bit about me: I'm a passionate pickleball enthusiast, though tennis was my favorite sport growing up. I'm a loyal fan of the Indianapolis Colts. Attending a university in the MAC didn’t offer the most thrilling football experiences, but my love for the game remained strong. Above all, my wife and daughter are the most important people in my life. Whether professionally or personally, I take great pride in the things that matter to me. I'm driven by a desire to help others and often put their needs ahead of my own.
