Yesenia Chediak is a bilingual, Spanish-speaking Registered & Licensed Dietitian from Miami, Florida. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Dietetics & Nutrition along with her minor in Psychology from Florida International University. Yesenia has gained most of her experience working with women, infants, children, and adolescents. While working within this population, she experienced firsthand how parents were concerned their children would naturally reject animal-based proteins and were intolerant and/or allergic to cow’s milk products. After much research she became plant based and can attest to the health benefits associated with consuming plant-based foods. Yesenia is passionate about nutrition & wellness and is driven to assist her patients reach their nutrition goals while maintaining a healthy relationship with food. Outside of work she enjoys camping with her family and playing sports. Her favorite meal is veggie tacos with sautéed mushrooms, zucchini, spinach, and squash.
