Background
I've been lucky enough to build a career based on my passions for good health and well-being. I’m driven everyday to be authentic when supporting individuals and communities in their pursuit of optimal health and happiness. Being a Registered Dietitian and Certified Performance Coach has provided me with the foundation to build strong relationships, and guide and support clients and patients to achieve great success.
I have enjoyed developing and implementing strategies for employee well-being, corporate culture, community health and clinical health outcomes across large and small employers, health systems and other organizations. I've also been fortunate to build my professional success on my core values of family, health and infectious happiness. I truly believe an individual is most successful when living a fulfilled life that is the product of a strong network or support; pure, holistic health; and the ability to bring happiness to others at every opportunity. In work and in life, I am rooted in these core values and driven to achieve this fulfillment everyday.
